Andrew Miller graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1999 with Bachelor degrees in International Business and Management Information Systems. Mr. Miller worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers(PWC) as an Information Technology consultant advising large clients such as American Airlines. He left PWC to pursue his passion in aviation where he went through an intensive commercial pilot training program and received his single engine, multi engine, instrument and instructor ratings and worked as a flight instructor. Through relationships developed along the way he transitioned into the commercial real estate industry where he have been for the past 11 years serving as the managing director of Office Equity Solutions and currently as principal of Castle Development Group. His core business has been development of commercial properties (retail, general office and medical buildings with an emphasis on medical). Included in this development business is ground up new construction, acquiring existing value-added assets and acquiring pure investment properties. He has played an integral role in all phases of the development process including site selection, cost analysis, negotiating asset purchases, lease negotiations, site/architectural planning and construction management. He is also a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas.
As a Principal for Castle Development Group, Matthew’s responsibilities include the supervision of all phases of commercial project development from inception to design, construction, lease administration, and contract negotiations related to the sale of real estate assets. Mr. Macleod is also responsible for oversight of facilities and accounting for managed assets. Mr. Macleod has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Business Administration with a focus in Finance from the University of Texas/Arlington. Mr. Macleod has 10 years of experience in the Real Estate Development and Construction business working primarily in the medical market. His experience includes the development and construction of several projects ranging from $200,000 to $20,000,000. Several years of experience in the field as a project manager working directly with physicians and administrators in the design and construction of several different medical facilities. He has experience in Surgical Hospitals, Dialysis Centers, Imaging Centers, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Free Standing Emergency Departments, Specialty Practices and Primary Care. He coordinates all phases of the development process including site selection, transaction structuring, design and construction team selection, leasing, and sales. He has also completed four years of active duty service in the United States Marine Corps, serving in the Middle East. He belongs to the Marine Corps Association, Texas A&M Association of Former Students, and the MET Church in Keller, Texas. Mr. Macleod lives in Keller Texas with his wife, Rachel and three children.
Kandi Baca joined Castle Development Group in 2013 as Director of Accounting. Kandi began in residential real estate with JPI Partners in 2003 where she was responsible for new projects including multifamily apartments and condo developments. She soon transitioned to third party property management gaining experience with JD Edwards, Yardi, and MRI. In 2010, she joined Stream Realty Partners as a third party commercial property management accountant. She was responsible for reporting services, capital transactions, property transitions, budgets, and CAM/OPEX reconciliations for multiple office, retail, and industrial properties for several large corporate clients. She received her Bachelor of Science in 2003 from University of North Texas, and is currently completing her Master’s degree at University of Texas at Arlington. She resides in Burleson with her husband and four children.

Cary G Moon serves as Chief Financial Officer of Castle, Inc. and serves as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Moon has significant professional experience in the medical industry, banking industry, and commercial real estate. Over the last two years, Mr. Moon served as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors for a $40MM medical device distributor. Prior, Mr Moon served as Chief Executive Officer of a national bank charter. As one of the youngest bank CEO’s in the nation during the 2008 banking crisis, Mr. Moon successfully navigated the $70MM bank through a time of economic uncertainty and increased regulatory authority. During this crisis, Mr Moon grew bank assets, maintained earnings, and increased the bank’s OCC rating without TARP money assistance. Mr Moon serves as CEO/Owner of Moon Financial, Inc, a holding company for a portfolio of residential properties, commercial properties and business entities. Commercial real estate experience additionally includes negotiating 360 sales tax agreements with cities in Tarrant and Johnson Counties. Further experience includes developing commercial property for national companies ranging from Enterprise Rent-A-Car to Baylor Health. Business portfolio holdings include Tax Ticket, AMC Building, Trinity Tavern, Keller Tavern, Daltons Corner, and Jack Rabbit Capital. Mr Moon received a B.S. from Texas A&M University – College Station, TX. He was a member of the Corp of Cadets and Ross Volunteers. Mr Moon serves as VP of Heritage HOA/PID 7, Board of Director – Member at Large for the Boy Scouts of America Longhorn Council, and is member of First Baptist Keller.
Shane L. Foss is owner/CEO of Orhoingenuity, Inc, a multi-million dollar medical distributor and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Castle, Inc. Mr Foss is an executive in the medical industry with 21 years of tenure. His most recent experience includes serving as the Zimmer Orthopedics distributor in north Texas and north Louisiana, a $40MM territory. Prior he worked with Avalign Technologies and Stryker Orthopedics. Mr Foss’ professional experiences include negotiating complex multi-million dollar contracts, medical practice marketing, business strategy, and P&L optimization . He has yielded numerous contacts with surgeons and hospital executives in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio markets. Mr Foss holds an MBA from Rice University’s, Jone’s School of Business, a BS from University of the Incarnate Word, and a Surgical Technologist Certificate from the United States Air Force. His commercial real estate portfolio includes retail centers in Fort Worth, Coppell, and Shreveport. He is active in volunteering for his Catholic Community, golf, and coaching his children’s sports teams.
Dawn Przybylski is director of property management. She comes to the company with over 18 years of experience in property management. Before starting at Castle Development Group in February 2015, she held a number of positions in all aspects of the business. Dawn has overseen communities in various sectors, including commercial, multi-use and homeowners associations. Dawn has received numerous awards including manager of the year and property of the year. She currently resides in Fort Worth with her son.
