Our Main Goal
Our main goal is to maximize the building owner’s real estate returns with effective management strategies, all while maintaining a high occupant retention rate. We do a lot more than just collecting checks and paying the bills; in contrast to other management companies, we have a continual presence at our properties, ensuring smooth operations. We facilitate a healthy, cohesive relationship between our building owners and their tenants.
We have an in-house accounting department that tracks all income and expenses for your buildings in a customized format suitable for each owners’ requirements. Through economies of scale and rebidding efforts, we are continually optimizing building expenses including maintenance, landscaping, insurance (we have a master policy that allows for high coverage amounts at extremely low rates), and capital expenditures.
Accounting & Assessment
We understand that building expenses are a tenant pass-through and as such they must be kept as low and efficient as possible. We successfully contest all county property tax assessments each year. For any potential vacant spaces, we also offer our brokerage services to assist in marketing. In regard to marketing, we utilize a variety of efforts including our existing network, word-of-mouth advertising, mailers, commercial real estate websites, email blasts, and more.
