Castle Development Group is a full-service commercial development and real estate firm that provides its clients with turnkey solutions. It was founded by professionals with a combined 30+ years of experience in commercial construction, development, development management, and property management.
Mr. Miller worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers(PWC) as an Information Technology consultant advising large clients such as American Airlines. He left PWC to pursue his passion in aviation where he went through an intensive commercial pilot training program and received his single engine, multi engine, instrument and instructor ratings and worked as a flight instructor. Through relationships developed along the way he transitioned into the commercial real estate industry where he have been for the past 11 years serving as the managing director of Office Equity Solutions and currently as principal of Castle Development Group. His core business has been development of commercial properties (retail, general office and medical buildings with an emphasis on medical). Included in this development business is ground up new construction, acquiring existing value-added assets and acquiring pure investment properties. He has played an integral role in all phases of the development process including site selection, cost analysis, negotiating asset purchases, lease negotiations, site/architectural planning and construction management. He is also a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas.

Mr. Macleod is also responsible for oversight of facilities and accounting for managed assets. Mr. Macleod has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Business Administration with a focus in Finance from the University of Texas/Arlington. Mr. Macleod has 10 years of experience in the Real Estate Development and Construction business working primarily in the medical market. His experience includes the development and construction of several projects ranging from $200,000 to $20,000,000. Several years of experience in the field as a project manager working directly with physicians and administrators in the design and construction of several different medical facilities. He has experience in Surgical Hospitals, Dialysis Centers, Imaging Centers, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Free Standing Emergency Departments, Specialty Practices and Primary Care. He coordinates all phases of the development process including site selection, transaction structuring, design and construction team selection, leasing, and sales. He has also completed four years of active duty service in the United States Marine Corps, serving in the Middle East. He belongs to the Marine Corps Association, Texas A&M Association of Former Students, and the MET Church in Keller, Texas. Mr. Macleod lives in Keller Texas with his wife, Rachel and three children.

Subsequently, he delved deeper into his role by earning the title of Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and now acting as Director of Construction for Castle Development Group. Jesse is a lover of all things outdoors including hunting and fishing, and enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife and two beautiful daughters.

Sarah Lynch is a seasoned HR Professional with over 10 years of Human Resources experience. Sarah graduated from the University of North Texas with a bachelor’s degree in 2010 and earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2015. Throughout her career, Sarah has worked for small, medium, and large-sized businesses specializing in healthcare, tax services, staffing, and real estate/development. Sarah is also Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and recently earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. Sarah joined the Castle team in 2019.
Mr Foss is an executive in the medical industry with 21 years of tenure. His most recent experience includes serving as the Zimmer Orthopedics distributor in north Texas and north Louisiana, a $40MM territory. Prior he worked with Avalign Technologies and Stryker Orthopedics. Mr Foss’ professional experiences include negotiating complex multi-million dollar contracts, medical practice marketing, business strategy, and P&L optimization . He has yielded numerous contacts with surgeons and hospital executives in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio markets. Mr Foss holds an MBA from Rice University’s, Jone’s School of Business, a BS from University of the Incarnate Word, and a Surgical Technologist Certificate from the United States Air Force. His commercial real estate portfolio includes retail centers in Fort Worth, Coppell, and Shreveport. He is active in volunteering for his Catholic Community, golf, and coaching his children’s sports teams.
Shannon found her passion for and began her career in commercial real estate accounting in 2003 while working for a CPA firm in Albuquerque, NM, where she was instrumental in conducting transactional due diligence work for Credit Suisse First Boston. She has previously worked for The GAP and its affiliates as a financial leasing consultant, and a small property development company in NM that specialized in Senior Living Facilities and Memory care. In 2015, Shannon and her family moved from Albuquerque, NM to the DFW area where she has experience working with some of the larger developers and commercial real estate companies in the area as a Senior Accountant. Shannon is excited about joining Castle Development Group and looks forward to becoming a long term and essential member to the team. In her spare time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, hanging out on the back patio with her dogs watching football, and attending local car shows, showing the family’s classic cars.
Nathali found her passion for accounting in 2018, through the years she has gained experienced in construction, muti-family, assisted living and medical accounting. She has a legal background with a Paralegal degree prior to starting her accounting journey. Nathali is currently working on her Business Administration Accounting degree. Joining Castle Development Group in 2024 excited and is forward to becoming a long term and essential member of the team. She has a daughter and two dogs and enjoys hiking with her family, watching formula 1, reading and watching her daughter cheer and dance.
Karla Griest joined Castle Development Group in June of 2024. Karla graduated at the University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and her Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She found her passion in accounting while in Property Management in 2007, and has held various accounting roles in multi-family housing, homeowners’ association and Real Estate. She currently lives in Denton with her husband.
Thi graduated from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL with a bachelor’s in science. She has worked in the Commercial Medical Property management field for over 5 years. Prior to her property management career, she worked with an Ophthalmologist as his surgical Technician for 13 years. Thi is currently working towards her real estate license. When she is not putting out building fires, she enjoys playing pickle ball, Japanese puzzle boxes, traveling and spending time with her two daughters.

Skylar has several construction certifications and is planning on going back to school to major in Construction Management. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching football, traveling, and attending concerts.
… After earning a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from Southern Illinois University, he developed expertise in building technologies, environmental design, and structural analysis.
Since joining Castle Development Group, Garrett has taken a strong leadership role, managing projects from initial development through construction. He coordinates with local trade partners, project estimates, and contracts to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery. His hands-on approach, client-focused mindset, and commitment to quality have helped him build a reputation for excellence in the healthcare construction sector, including the development of state-licensed Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).
Outside of his professional work, Garrett is passionate about mentoring and inspiring others, encouraging them to pursue their goals with determination. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and children, being involved in his kids’ extracurricular activities, and exploring the outdoors.
